Reports

At this point, you will see a list of all possible specialties in the column on the left, and all hospital locations in the remaining columns. You can choose any combination of specialties and locations for the report.

You can print one report that includes all locations and specialties in the batches you chose, by checking the box.

You can then print one of the following:

• One report for each location selected
• One report for each specialty selected
• One report for each combination of location/specialty selected (this could produce over 100 reports if you select all locations and specialties)

In addition, you can choose to print results for a specific clinic, if the survey listed Physician Office Visit as the specialty.

Note that the following combination will produce duplicate data on the report, and is not allowed:

• One report for each location selected
• Physician Office Visit - All Clinics
• Physician Office Visit - any specific clinic
