| This option will allow you to run reports based on a subset of the data. It will allow you to choose which questions to include in the report, as well as which specific responses you want. |
| After you select which questions and responses you want to report,
you will be presented with a screen telling you how many records were selected
by your query.
At this point, you can print the report, or further refine the query until you get the data you need. For example, if you wanted to know how many people rated the cruise poorly, and how many also rated the restaurant poorly, you could correlate the two in the same report to find out how much of an influencing factor the restaurant is to someone's perception of the cruise as a whole. |
